Can be the reason. But eventhough if there were(are) no border clashes or another problem with Iran, he would still said the same I think. He basically just explained Taliban foreign policy doctrine during that interview, "if there is any problem, let's talk", kind of like that.

Edit: If really about Iran, Taliban could be a strategic ally for Israel lol at least covertly.

Mossad be like: "OK people. We go to Kabul now. Do they wanna make a deal with the devil?".

Menteri keuangan negara G7 setuju bakal buat aturan price cap ke minyak Rusia.

Menurut NYT, Biden takut sama kebijakan EU yang mau ngelarang impor minyak Rusia Desember nanti kalo gak salah. Jadinya, Departemennya Yellen ngepromosiin ide untuk ngasih batas harga (price cap) untuk minyak Rusia ke G7.

Jadi nanti minyak yang dijual Rusia itu harus dibawah price cap yang ditaro sama negara G7. Kalo ketauan jualnya lebih dari price cap yang ditaro, nanti perusahaan perkapalannya untuk ngirim minyak itu dilarang dapet akses finansial sama asuransi, yang artinya pengirimannya gak jalan lol. Industri perkapalan minyak dunia juga disebut di artikel itu, bergantung banget sama penyedia asuransi London sampe 95% dan itu bagus. Mau kirim kemana-mana harus nurut sama peraturan price cap itu, karena 95% asuransi perkapalan minyak global dari penyedia asuransi Inggris, jadi megang kunci G7 lol

Edit: Ini berlakunya cuma pengiriman kapal bukan pipa. Kalo ngirimnya pake pipa, kemungkinan gak bisa ngasih tindakan apa-apa, bisa pun mungkin gak efektif. Gak bisa ngasih tindakan, berarti gak bisa dibuat aturan. Aturan tanpa penindakan ya jadinya cuma tulisan gak ada arti.

Padahal katanya minyak Rusia sekarang udah murah karena lebih dikit yang beli, ini dipaksa jual lebih murah wkwk. Mengeringkan war chest Putin.
