Udah masuk ke area perkebunan warga, they are the largest cat in ASEAN region beside Bengal Tiger population in Myanmar
seriously , if they wanted the cat not to hurt around villager , govt need to promote something like bear spray to the village , or else another tiger get killed incident would happened soon . (they also need to put some massive number of deer in the mountain)

The BKSDA and Jagawana member already deployed to capture or expel the cats, meanwhile villager being told not to kill the cats for whatever reason and let the professional do the jobs

I think this is why many people in West Sumatra likes to keep dog despite it is a conservative Islamic region. It is due to prevention measure over possible tigers attack as dog will bark if they spot a tiger present and also to hunt wild boar.
You're allowed to keep dogs in Islam for stuff like guarding.

Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be, upon him) ordered the killing of dogs except the dog tamed for hunting, or watching of the herd of sheep or other domestic animals. It was said to Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) that Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) talks of (exception) about the dog for watching the field, whereupon he said: Since Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) possessed land.
The hadith above is from Sahih Muslim, Vol. 4, Book of Transactions, Hadith 3812.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems you never been in the wilderness part of Nusantara aren't you? I've once encounter adult male tiger before, up close in personal. I was literally caught flat footed without my rifle or sidearm. And if I use that spray or whatever that is I would be dead by now. The only way to defend yourself against any 4 legged that is more powerful than you (doesn't necessarily need to be bigger) is either to use boar spear or 12ga (birdshot follow-up by slug), or IF you believe you could muster enough courage (not panic) and quick enough on the draw, then either 10mm Auto or .44 Mag. I do however, strongly doubt any shooter can even manage to get good aim let alone proper placement in time when they encounter kitty cat. Personally I prefer boar spear, not only it will stop the momentum but also inflict enough wound (thus pain) to force kitty cat to either withdraw or killed on the spot. And since most cat are typically sane & rational enough (there is always exception though) they will withdraw and licking their open wound somewhere far from you

Too many SJW ism will guarantee to get people killed. This is the jungle of Nusantara we are talking about, not some open plain of mainland Europe or a patch of National Park in the People Republic of Kalifornia

IDI confirms 342 medical workers succumbed to COVID-19

IDI confirms 342 medical workers succumbed to COVID-19

Jakarta (ANTARA) - A total of 342 medical workers comprising 192 doctors, 14 dentists, and 136 nurses died from COVID-19 infection while conducting their duties, according to the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI).

"As of December 5, 2020, as many as 342 medical workers have died," an official of IDI's mitigation team of the Advocacy and External Relation Division Dr Eka Mulyana noted in a statement here on Saturday.

Among the 192 doctors dying of the disease, 101 are general practitioners comprising four professors, 89 specialists (seven professors), and two resident doctors registered at 24 provincial IDI branches and 85 district IDI branches.

Mulyana emphasized that the threat of coronavirus was real and had claimed thousands of lives, adding that it was not a form of global conspiracy.

"Please do not sacrifice the safety of others by such beliefs. The high number of COVID-19 patients and the deaths of medical workers has been an eye-opener to remain vigilant and adhere to health protocols," he stated.

Disregarding health protocols will not only threaten the safety of individuals but also those of families and other people around.

"The IDI mitigation team has also warned our medical colleagues to stay alert and implement the operational procedures while conducting their duties," he stated.

Meanwhile, a member of the protocol and guidelines team of IDI Dr Weny Rinawati SpPK MARS noted that health workers should not wear low-quality personal protective equipment (PPE).

"Currently, we have PPE of the highest standards for health workers. We hope that the government and health facility operators would provide PPE that are appropriate for medical workers," she stated.

Chairperson of the Indonesian National Nurse Association (PPNI) Harif Fadhilah remarked that 75 percent of the nurses succumbing to COVID-19 were fulfilling their duties in the hospital treatment rooms.

These nurses might have contracted the infection from asymptomatic patients that came for COVID-19 testing.

"We realize that medical workers from various divisions are overwhelmed with the surge in the number of COVID-19 patients," Fadhilah stated.

To this end, he urged the government and health facility operators to boost the quality of health checking devices to obtain more accurate and faster results of the test as well as to lower the transmission rate at health facilities. Related news: President thanks doctors for dedication, sacrifice

:ROFLMAO: Her target audience isn't exactly the brightest :ROFLMAO: What I'm worried about is her kind of audience type is growing particularly in Indonesia major cities. And we are talking about the kind of kids who will believe everything they read in social media or fed to them by Google deus ex machina
