Well we can try incorporating them in the future.

But the problem is, the "regular" human resource themselves are barely qualified. They literally put that into their official paper, so it's a real problem. For the next 20 years, we need to strengthen the core first, and fill the ranks with qualified educated individuals.

Only after that, we can commit resources to utilize non-regulars, handled by quality official personnel.

Yes, but PLAN is better than VMF, different league, they has new equipments rather than USSR legacy which VMF has, atleast on surface combatants.

logistical wise here, Do not Fu**in put all your ammo close to each other without proper seal and protection.

I heard it was 2 struct from Neptune AShM, since it has capability to fly in subsonic + has sea skiming mode thus made Harpoon, exocet, c 705 and so on still put a threat. Make notice Moskva is old lady, so i think her radar should be obsolete.
