They used Indonesia to circumvent the sanctions and looks like Indonesian government okay with that. Must be also beneficial for Indonesia, if not, this kind of thing would not gonna happen.

Benefit? We increase our trade, which also means increasing our GDP. Imagine how much trade we can do with Iran if Iran always circumventing sanctions through Indonesia? A lot I bet.
