Besides, If a system is developed by a consortium with the encouragement or support of SSB, it is guaranteed that system will be included in the inventory under all circumstances.

SeaRam missile: Aselsan-Roketsan-Sage
Siper: Aselsan-Roketsan-Sage
MIDAS: Roketsan VLS with SSB encouragement and support
Hisar-Rf: Navy's special request, based on Hisar-O+
G40/60: Sage's special quad pack soft launch missile programs funded by themselves and EDAS is the Sage's VLS developed to fire these soft launch missiles.
IMO EDAS won't be able launch SİPER which is long range huge missile as EDAS developed for G40/G60
However we don't know about SİPERs dimensions. İf SIPER has compact and short shape ( not like Aster 30), EDAS could launch it.

Nonetheless we don't know if İstif Class has EDAS.

Apparently it's a 65m Corvette/(FAC ?)

According to the open sources, Dearsan’s corvette would be equipped with main gun, surface-to-surface missile and CIWS
I did not know Dearsan has been delivering vessels to Turkmenistan since 2010, in total 25. That's pretty impressive.

Siper is %100 on track.
i class 32 vls
there is enough space why 32 vls is not preferred? cost?

Cost. You need to fill those VLS cells. 32x VLS means ~100 million $ rather than 50. That is big. At 3000 tonnes I class sits at a very cost-effective sweet spot. It is a general-purpose frigate with outstanding air defense capability offered at a very competitive price.

Why is MKE using a big dome with a parabolic antenna (like Phalanx) while new x-band fire control radars (like used with Korkut is much better?

I hope so, trying to mimic the Phalanx radar is a bit stupid. Phalanx was designed years ago using the radar tech of back than. Modern high resolution radars should be used.

And using already serialy produced radar is more cost effective
