Because I want relationships that can benefit Turkey and I am not looking at it ideologically.
You see, this here is the problem
What is in Turkey's interests most of the time overlaps with their own interests
And the EU wouldnt just sit and watch ppl who they deemed inferior to actually pass their own interests rather than the interest of the Mighty West!
Trade we have with Europe dwarfs Africa and the gulf and the potential is much greater. Friendship with poor insignificant countries isn't a priority for me. (no offense to Albania)
Again, trade you have with Europe dwarfs the rest, which is true. However, have you asked yourself which party gains the most from this deal? The answer is Turkey! Turkey is dependent on exports to EU but the EU itself isnt dependent on Turkey! The EU can find many other trade sources other than Turkey! If the EU did act as you said, the customs union would have been updated long ago tbh
For a growing economy it is important to have markets. You can make a fighter better than F22 but if everybody hates you, nobody will buy it. Do you understand?
That is again wrong
Take the KSA as an example! The TURKEY-KSA relations have reached bottoms low for 3 years straight, yet in the last year, they asked for Bayraktar TB2 from Erdo. Erdo himself sated that he doesnt know what the Saudis are thinking by funding Turkey's enemies while asking for Tb2 from Turkey!

The moment you make better planes than the F22, countries will wag their tails for you even if you are their worst enemy. Just look at China, now that they provide top class technology at only 60% of the price of the US, even Western countries cant even say no China like the UK and Italy

Your belief with all due respect is wrong in this aspect

We don't have any good relations with any asian countries either so why don't you shut your cunt mouth?

So we dont have any good relations with the central asian states, we dont have any good relations with the south asian states, we dont have any good relations with South east asian statesand we dont have any good relations with the far east either? Last time I checked they are now approaching Turkey to bring these relations even higher lvl

I guess 15 years ago when our relations with EU were better to the point where Turkey's membership was seriously considered this wasn't the case?

And not everyone lacks a backbone like the saudis. If they hate you they just don't buy from you.

Also this is what a moron you are:

Can't see a single African country where are they ?
The total of the top 15 export market for Turkey accounts for just 58.8% and if yiu removed China, Egypt, and Russia it will be 52.6%
That means that 47.4% of the remaining total exports are in Asia and according to the recent statements from the trade minister, this 47.4% can be quadrupled. By then, just imagine how low the %share of the EU be

Erdo's liberal mask fell of after 2013
That was less than 10 years ago
So what happened in the former 5 years prior to 2013.
Yeah we still had unresolved issues, we could have solved them but we created new ones.

Dude, you can look up where the rest of the exports are going. We have the uighur issue looming over the relations with China and we alienated India over Pakistan related issues. Before; there was a delicate balance we had good relations with Pakistan without alienating India.

So that's two biggest economies in Asia that's never going to be friendly with us.

Frankly, I want to end this stupid debate, If everybody hates you, you failed diplomacy. It's simple as that.

Ukraine is what we have, and I want to develop that relationship.

A 20 million $ contract is signed for some hydraulic components I don't we should exaggerate this. It is a very low-profile contract. There is no merit in producing every bolt and nuts in a 5th gen fighter.

I dont think we need to produce everything but we should be able to produce everything if needed be.

this administration has destroyed all goodwill and good relations we had with western supply bases

Raise your hands and surrender and you will build very good relations with western suppliers.
But then you don't need an army at all, go ahead and disband it which is what a different government will effectively do.

This type of co- production treaties;
* Help the MMU being multi-national production promo and maybe new customer candidate,
* Shorten the production time schedule,
* Add new high quality aero level manufacturing partner,
* Maybe some new production technics in aerospace.

Anyway, hope good cooperation and sign for oncoming qualified partnerships...
We need companies/countries with experience, money and production share. They are not many left.

So that's two biggest economies in Asia that's never going to be friendly with us.

Never is a very long time.

India suffered its lowest point of relations with the US in the 70s. It was frankly quite terrible.

It was fairly unimaginable (at the time) that things would improve to the point they have now 50 years later with them.

So if it can be done in that case (given the scale and consequence), it can be done with any other (incl Turkey India). If things were so bad anyway, India would not be doing fleet replenishment tanker project with Turkey for example....or have the current size of trade with Turkey (which is fairly large given context).

The larger point is countries that are rooted and true (as possible and with as much hold) to a secular + democratic constitution (especially) eventually find the better road for relations over time.

Politics (and thus geopolitics) are never set in stone eternally (given the % of total population allotted to handle them), they are relative waves on the surface of oceans.

Single crystals don't have grain boundaries. That's the whole point of them.
Yes you are right. They should not have any. But some do. If you have not perfected the production technique, then you may get the stray grain boundaries in single crystals too. That is why the yield of even the best manufacturers vary between 85-95% . The point is to eradicate them all. Otherwise your single crystal is not perfect.
RR, GE and P&W boast that they have 95% yield (no stray grain boundaries on 95% of their single crystal blades) even on their biggest blades.

Manned aircraft like this could be used by all branches of the military. Perfect for COIN operations. STOL design. Very flexible platform. Can be adapted to Navy's needs. Ideal for unmanned platform if wanted.

Can be turned to project quickly. Development costs should be low. Has high export potential.
But the world is buying drones instead because of us
