STM has shown a submarine (more looking like an LUUV-XLUUV) design in somewhere, yet nothing has been told about it.
Looking at the second sketch, it could be an unmanned semi-submersible or convertible design with combined Vertical-X rudder configuration.
It could be just the virginia class itself, i have interpreted the image assuming it is one of their UUV designs, but looking again after seeing the virginia class, it really could be the plain virginia, used as a place holder.it looks (sorry) exactly a Virginia class SSN copycat. even the rudder design.

Just saw virginia class from that angle and surely it is. Even the exact angle is available in 3D model sources.the sail and the rudder pretty much screams Virginia SSN
Looks like it.Is it Semi-submersible boat?
