Perhaps describing ice cream as food is pushing it but this vendor certainly places smiles on peoples faces - the swinging candy is sight for the eyes. Pity my local ice cream joint does not have swinging candy or I would be finding excuse every day to buy some refreshing cooling ice cream.

They sell good ice cream at the garden center my family used to own, its very good, but just old women doing the service.
