It would be ironic due to the invasion that the Ukrainian army be better equipped than before the invasion.

They could grow a tank brigade out of those captured Russian tank.

Mussolinis army is much worse to be honest.

If the Ukrainians drive all the Russians out.

I think the Russians will beat the Italians. But the Italians in ww2 were just so bad that Greece anniliated them.

Whats the biggest irony is that Italy's invasion of Libya could have ended up in a stalemate or a defeat as the Ottomans kept them at bay with a few officers and Libyan tribesman. Despite the Ottomans being outmatched, outgunned even technologically behind the Italians destroyed the Ottoman navy. Ottoman even had to sneak into Libya.

Italians also lost at Ethiopia and in the second war resorted to chemical weapons.

I hope ukraine can send those russian stuff to Turkey for some inspection also target practice for Turkish weapons being developed.

Holy shit. It looks more and more likely that the majority of russian soldiers had no idea they were actually invading Ukraine.

I'm gonna guess their phones were confiscated when they left for "exercises" and then they were woken up in the middle of the night and marched into vehicles. Probably had no idea they were in Ukraine until Ukrainian soldiers started shooting at them.

Putin really thought he could zerg rush the Ukrainians and have them surrender over the night. Have Zelensky executed by Wagner Mercenaries, probably frame it as a suicide and then install a pro-russian puppet government.

All of this would explain the catastrophic logistic and overall planning of the invasion. They never thought they actually had to have a plan.
Most soldiers would have been out of Ukraine after 3-4 days max.

Is this gross incompetence showing or was Putin and the Kremlin really deluded and thought the would be welcomed as saviors and the Ukrainian Military would surrender without a fight.
