is there any AESA option for T-50/FA-50 now ?

Last year Raytheon unveiled their compact AESA radar designed for LCA. They are aiming for Boeing T7 Red Hawk and T-50 jets.

They claim that this compact AESA radar performance will be better than F-16's AESA (APG-83).

The Indians will also upgrade their Tejas with AESA radar.

What AAM? If we asked them again now, for sure they decline our request.

Themselves even outnumbered and outgunned against RuAF. Ukrainian using semi-active radar homing missiles which if in ATGM are the SACLOS, to hit the target, the operator has aim to the target till done because the missile has no lock-on capability on itself, against RuAF that based on that article are using active radar homing missiles a lot.

Just saying, this was second time i read/heard about Clear Sky exercise from Ukrainian pilots. The first was CNN interview with Ukrainian pilot aired few days ago. Looks like that exercise means a lot for them.

I use past tense. That plan surely gone now.

And forget about AAM, its launching platform readiness are in big question mark now.

Ya, i know, i also wrote “again” there wkwk. We asked for that outdated missile or what?

I don’t think that Western countries would let Ukraine to lost their Air Force. They may sent help to Ukrainian Air Force also, even though potential different phase of the conflict were told, Russian may see help to Ukrainian Air Force as Western countries actively involved on the conflict.

It just matter of want to help or not for me. Just tell their Intelligence to smuggle fighters and/or its weapons and equipments to Ukraine, and yes, maybe money is the problem. It’s not like the first time Title 50 used to smuggle stuffs, they even took Soviet submarine wreck from Pacific, why not covertly sent fighters to Ukraine, capabilities are for sure not the problems.
