Venus is the only planet in the solar system where the Sun rises in the west and sets in the east
Because it rotate clock wise
It doesnt really matter because you have to wait an extremely long time for sun rise and sun set......the day cycle length is 243 earth days and longer than a Venusian year!
Like mercury, venus is heavily "tidally locked" to rotating around the sun (i.e 1 day and 1 year are about the same length of time).... similar to how the moon is tidally locked to earth (we see the same side of the moon always).
