Oil tankers without an insurance policy will not cross the Dardanelles!
This includes Greek tankers carrying Russian oil.

I suppose Russia will now divert more to ESPO terminal near vladivostok. St. Petersburg terminal (POT) I believe is already at maximum capacity for export, Russia is in process of expanding capacity there but it will take time.
This will put more pressure on their internal transport logistics as ESPO is commited to eastern siberian oilfields and there is a pipeline gap in siberia currently:
source: (https://www.woodmac.com/reports/ups...o-markets-and-where-does-it-come-from-307677/), its gas pipeline, but same issue exists for oil.
That means some kind of use of trans-siberian railroad etc to attempt to divert this volume....and then Russia has to analyse if its worth it compared to taking a hit on price cap by black sea export.
There are also apparently some arctic terminals popping up, but I am guessing winter export is out of the question there in short term as the ice-breaker tankers are still being built:
Here comes Russia's biggest Arctic oil terminal
Rosneft officially starts construction of its Sever Bay seaport on the coast of peninsula Taymyr.
