I watched Mr. Görgün's interview and compiled some points that I deem important. There could be hundreds of tidbits in the conversation but without being bogged down too much in the dialogue these are the notable points(for me);

- 648 products have been nationalized in the last three years (32:10)
- The companies that are working with ASELSAN are not asked to provide a "letter of guarantee" when they receive loans from banks, and they're treated favorably. (32:55)
- 20 electric buses were delivered to SAMSUN municipality and it was reported that on some lines the cost of operation was measured eight times less than a conventional bus, and on some other lines it was ten times less. and they'll amortize themselves in three years. (41:50)
- The average of age of ASELSAN's employees is 34. (42:50)
- In the last year there were 1500 interns at ASELSAN. (44:05)
These are the highlights for me. He also emphasized the importance of "Lean Manufacturing" and the efforts for indigenization(through Indigenization Directorate at ASELSAN) many times in the interview.
