There's increased vigilance and protection around places of worships, but the most threatened ones are churches and synagogues.

here in germany they act the same way saying churches and synagoges but the reality shows us that this is a BIG LIE in germany and that it is propaganda, false information and wicked discrimination.. the ones really attacked but downplayed even by police are mosques, mosques are demolished, stoned, sprayed, attacked, and burned here in germany.. I do not know how it is in france but here in germany I can definitivly say the government and the executive in germany are urging mosques to not making it public or using the law (beause of "no chance")

for france we know they have not much turkish population but much more arabs so it could be

for armenian churches its clear a popaganda message "we stand on your side" but no actual real threat..

but macron is playing a dirty mad game for power with all these stuff that is normally discussed rather in a bar than on politics..

Nothing will come out of this.. Many important EU members won't back French on economic sanctions.. To name a few, Spain, Italy even Germany. Its just macron looking like doing something against Turkey but actually helps Erdoğan unifying Turkish people behind him. Sad theatrics by the worst president in French history.

A move that can be accepted as a true sign of hostility. I’m not sure about the rest of Europeans
Threatening a EU member with military action is more hostile than France’s proposal. There are millions of Turks living in Europe, Europe is the biggest investor in Turkey, millions of European tourists in Turkey keep that sector alive yet we only hear fascists, threats and unnecessary whinning coming from Ankara.
That being said, suspending the trade agreement with Turkey seems drastic at this moment and should only be a last resort action

Confronting rather than appeasing those who threathen our way of life, our liberties and our democracies.
A lunatic who was given shelter by the French has decided to behead a teacher over some cartoons and because the French state won't tolerate this, another lunatic who fancies himself as Mehmet the Conqueror reincarnated, dares to call the French fascists
But you are threatening the way of life of many other countries by bringing so called democracy

EU will pay somethings if so. And then ask the EU boss’s opinion about this.
