The first contract covers additional Hisar-O systems to be delivered in 2025.
The second contract covers long-range early warning radar delivery between 2025-2030. (EIRS/TEIRS)

Is export deliveries also included? Like, we know about Hisar O and Trisula O order for BD and Indonesia respectively.

I think there is only a development contract in effect for the Trisula project. Orders of the Trisula system might be signed separately after the system is developed. I don't know the details but it is logical to first see the actual system before committing to orders.

ASELSAN Chairman gave an interview with Milliyet Newspaper claiming that we no longer need S400.

Making statements at ASELSAN Gölbaşı facilities, where radar and electronic warfare systems are developed, Görgün made important statements about the SİPER System. Görgün said, "We are making air defence systems. We do not need S300, S400. We are eliminating the need for them. This is our mission."

Stating that the SİPER air defence system is not a single vehicle missile launching event, Görgün said, "There is a communication station and a search radar. This radar is constantly working to see if there is a missile coming towards you. There is also a control centre. There is a fire control unit and centre. There is a missile launch system. There is a friend or foe recognition system. There are only 12-13 trucks in this system. So there is a big system," he emphasised.

According to Tolga Özbek's news report, SİPER, a long-range air defence system, had successfully hit targets at a distance of 100 km during test firings.

Interesting chain of tweets. Arguing that our radar systems are already ahead of S400, because we're using AESA vs. Russian PESA. S400 missiles of course still have the advantage of a range of 400km? that we still have to reach.

I recommend deepl to translate Turkish tweets.

Mr. Haluk Görgün's statement is likely to be a forward looking statement, meaning he is talking about the near future when the projections will be realized. Being the inside man he knows best along with his Roketsan colleague what is coming. As a layman I want to see it completed to deem it a done deal. We should probably see a 250km missile range to accept the feat accomplished.

I expect SİPER Missile seeker to be AESA radar while s400's 9m96 having old gen active PESA seeker.

Also other sensors of SİPER will be superior then Russian technology.

İn my humble opinion s400's semi active guided long range 48H6 missiles are waste of money. That's why South Korea preferred s-350.

as it will need to shoot down the jet ew capabilities from 100-150km away, AESA would be needed for that reason i guess.

AESA seeker also helps to engage TBMs. for instance PAC-3 MSE has ka band AESA seeker.

Turkey would never do that. I am betting my house on that.

If it means returning to the original JSF consortium and the return of all the rights and privileges that brings, I'm all into that.
Anything less is a no-go. Things must be exactly what is was.

US wants to stop Türkiye from making the independent TFX, they will even give F35 if they have a tiny hope to stop the TFX. No freaking way.

Quoting this from Feb. If SIPRI is right on this, a deal to directly supply 150 Hisar-O missiles was also penned.:
(150) Hisar-O SAM 2022 For Hisar-O SAM systems
(3) Hisar-O SAM system 2022 Delivery planned from 2023
Hisar-U SAM 2022 For Hisar-U SAM systems
Hisar-U SAM system 2022 Delivery planned from 2023
