In France, radical climate activists clash with police in Saint-Soline.
On the one hand, demonstrations against the pension reform, on the other hand, the demonstrations organized by climate activists are like scenes of conflict.
God, I hope sois this worse then the years long yellow vest movement?
is this worse then the years long yellow vest movement?
It is more violent and widespread than previous movements. On top of that the demonstrations are carried out by many different parts and social classes of the French society. They all decline Macron's policies but cannot be necessarily described as allies which makes the situation even worse. There are too many clashing interests and demands on the ground and is simply not possible for the Macron government to take all of the wishes into consideration.is this worse then the years long yellow vest movement?
Yes it is. Strikes have spread across the country and are about to threaten the general order. If Macron continues to be stubborn like this, it is possible that things will get out of control. Some groups are said to have already begun to radicalize.
'in my great and unmatched wisdom' (D.Trump - 2019)Trump once said
Wow, just noticed everyone Greece allies with against Turkiye crumbles to dust.
Philippe Fabry, French Historian of Institutions and Political Ideas, author of "The Collapse of the European Empire (2022"):
“Due to the inconsistency and imbalance of content in the constitution, the 5th Republic, a weakened and aging regime, proved unsuitable for French society.
In a way that has not yet been realized, Macron will have to resign as he is unlikely to yield.
The 5th Republic (the current regime of France) will not survive, as no one wants Marine Le Pen (far-right) to take the vacant seat.”

Only to southern European countries will be effected(as usual),the North(Nordics,The Netherlands,Germany,Poland) will be able to handle it.If the protests in France maintain this momentum, they could soon spread to other European countries. The economic outlook is bleak.
