- min 2.18 black dot appear to block vision on deck. also some lost frames.
- min 2.28-2.32 you clearly see a guy with remote on field.
- also during landing it moves diffrently.
- min 3.14-3.16 you see right behind Uav a guy with controller.

Not sure if it has autopilot landing but in the case it does;
The guy with the remote is possibly waiting to take over if the autopilot goes haywire or misses something by great margin (same for take off and post take-off maneuvers).

This will be mandatory for other applications at the ship (plus for taxiing) hence the remote controlled for American drone on USN carrier. if autopilot fails at land, you lose an UAV at worst. If it fails at sea, you may lose crew, deck and operationability of the flight deck (that is also leads losing operationability of a vessel with a deck).

One may ask, why the operator wouldn't intervene to the autopilot from the console located in the operations room? It is because his view is from the UAV or the island, however you may need eyes both from runway and from UAV in case of such landings.

Despite of all the hype, even US is a decade or further far fromm fully autonomous flight, landing, take off and taxiing sequences on a carrier.

Saffet Uyanık says as there are issues with procuring sufficient numbers of engines from Ukraine for T925/T929, T629 development will be accelerated. T925 will be going forward while T929 will be on the backburner.

This will affect both KIZILELMA and ANKA-3, too. Russia hit the Motor-Sich factory in Zaporizhia pretty bad. I don't expect many KIZILELMAs before TF6000's induction. Putting the drone into service in 2025 won't mean much unless you secure the engine supply first.

...unless they'd be willing to move production into Turkiye. Which is a possibility I'm not optimistic about, but there's this entity we know next to nothing about called the Black Sea Shield joint-stock company.

Only a few countries good at developing drones

USA.israel,China and Turkiye,that s all.This Big4 covered 95% of militarty drone export market.

Russian and Iranian etc. are developing drones but still without many marketing success.

The tradtional aviation and many rich countries are bad at developing drones.

Such as France Germany Japan,UK,S.Korea,lTaly,Sweden........

with all due respect using market success is by far the worst assessment to make on who is good at making drones, not disagreeing about the turkey, US, china and Israel part but its amusing that you added 2 countries in that same post that are sanctioned from the west who make most of the purchases or in other cases want to keep the best products themselves, hell even eastern countries can get sanctioned by them if they purchase from them.

I highly doubt now that there is any kamikaze drone that defeats the lancet in 100+ videos of miliary equipment getting destroyed. While Ukraine on the otherhand has 40+ countries that are heavily invested in supplying ukraine with weapons like their own kamikaze drones for the Ukrainians to have 100+ videos themselves of wrecking russian military equipment, but that has not happened yet.

I am mainly talk about the larger drone such as s-70 okhotnik or Mq-9 or AKINCI,at least Tb2 or MQ-1 size

Russian started force on battle Drone only after the war started and do a lot after 2022,the first one Kronshtadt Orion in 2021

We will see the result after war because the fog of war


For smaller kamikaze drone there were much more producters,Russian had very long history for small drones
