People coming from Nepal and Bangladesh to work in India, legal or illegal, are migrants. They go back to their homeland for festivals and come back to India for work. The more accurate definition would be calling them 'migrants', Pakistan is not at war.

When they flee persecution they are called refugees. I hope you understand this difference.
Under the guidance of @SanjeevSanskrit , six of our Pakistani Hindu refugee students have successfully cleared the zonal round of Asia’s largest Science and Technology championship organised by IIT Bombay, @Techfest_IITB
Yes, it is the first time such refugee children made it to such an eminent tech fest, let alone acing it. They will now compete in finals, where best minds in engineering will participate. Our children are all under-14
Sanjeev ji, who is himself an IIT-IIM alumnus, guided them. These children study at our free educational centre in Jodhpur run by our social welfare initiative @sewanyaya. We put special emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
I have been watching videos of the children’s training, their preparation, then their train journey to the competition, their excitement and nervousness and their parents’ total cluelessness at what was happening. Now that we are through, I am feeling deeply emotional and ecstatic at it all.
When their school learnt about the development, they organised an event and felicitated the children and our Sewa Nyaya Utthan Foundation. I am sharing this great news with you all with utmost happiness. With right guidance and resolve, our children can achieve anything.
I suppose calling them refugees is a bit provocative as persecution happens in all three countries (India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) in various degrees.
will doBro, if there is no news article and just a tweet you are using, please post it in coffee thread to begin with (which I now merged it into)....or another existing thread (if its defence, foreign policy, economic matter etc pertaining to those)
