Whats our tourism revenue, gold import and FDI in 2023?
Türkiye's foreign trade gap narrows to nearly $106B in 2023

Türkiye greeted some 56.7 million visitors last year, with an annual surge of 10.33%, a senior official said Wednesday highlighting that the country's tourism revenue posted a substantial uptick reaching a record $54.3 billion (TL 1.64 trillion).

FDI Still unknown

A free trade agreement with Turkey will soon enter into force

FTA agreement between Turkey and Ukraine will start next month.

Does that mean limitless import of Ukrainian flour, wheet, grain and sunfloweroil ?

Depends on the FTA, not all industries and kinds of products are usually covered by FTA.

Hmm. I hope so because sunflower oil prices raised outrageous because of some Turkish players at the market with monopoly.

We need more foreign products to compete with the Turkish products because the local producers and sellers are creating cartels and fixed prizes.

A man has stormed a plant created by foreign investment and held people hostage.

TR is currently listed as elevated risk for Americans and American businesses

That attack on the church and this attack at the multinational must have a link.

Turkey booked a historical record of tourist revenues last year.

And Turkey's stance next to South Africa at the ICJ.

All dots are connected.

Japan and Korea? They know better.
Actually Korea seems to have given deficit this year after 31 years. Japan also has deficit but small

It's almost impossible. China loves exporting but less importing.

They want to sell everything to you but when it is your turn than they come with limitations, regulations, taxes or they just full force subsidizes your local rival in China like they do with Tesla, Mercedes etcetera hence why Elon Musk complained.

If China conquers Taiwan and their chip-machinery then the whole world can stop producing cars or computers.

South Korea is investing $ 470 billion on chip manufacturing for a reason.

Ali Yerlikaya explained the balance sheet of the February 6 Earthquakes:

-53,537 people killed

-107,213 people injured

-38,901 buildings destroyed

So there's 1.37 deaths per building as a result of the earthquake - Isn't that rather low? Or do we have lots of empty buildings ? Or lots of people living alone ?

Earthquake happened twice within 6 hours, I think it's about that. Plus you have buildings that didn't collapse instantly, and one story homes which would probably cause injuries rather than deaths.

Maybe it includes buildings that didn't collapse but just become unuseable? Either way doubt its the exact number.
Many residents had chance to run away.

Even collapsed many times not totally collapsed.

Like the bomb of Juice didn't kill everyone in the collapsed houses in Gaza
