Though we must note that despite the technological disadvantage the Armenians were in a defensive position in a mountainous terrain, thats a nightmare for any attacking army.According to former Armenian ambassador Mikael Minasyan Armenia lost 4750 soldiers:
2250 killed in morgue
1400 killed not delivered yet to morgue

These numbers look reliable to me. Anyway Armenian soldiers fought very well in these circumstances.
Azerbaijan made consideralbe gains in just a couple months where Armenia needed years three decades ago when assaulting Azerbaijan.

Best way to get back at France is economics and like Qatar influence and support Turkish activities. Like having direct flights to KKTC.

Couldn't all these captured and somewhat outdated soviet equipment be delivered to the TFSA? It could help alleviate the power disparity between TFSA and Assad's militia.

More than 2 brigades worth of equipment captured! Also I wonder if Azerbaijan gets to have a Field Marshal now? If yes who gets the promotion?

In theory, although the question how much is left when you consider that some of the equipment needs repairs, spare parts etc. Azerbaijan might also want to stay out of the Syrian Civil War.

Indeed, the captured equipment could be repaired in Azerbaijan and transported to Turkey by rail through Georgia (they already got their reward from Turkey in the form of buses and excavators).

Being a soldier while having a wife and kids is hard. I cannot imagine everyday could be your last day where you will not see them again. You will constantly be thinking of them everyday.
