Not the typical opposition bot who criticize every economic policy decision and play doom scenarios.

Sleeper accounts are a thing though. Just unfollowed one of those fabled "oktroll" accounts. It was a meme compilation page.

Honestly, I'd rather not.

Trading with EU/US has became a liability. They keep trying using their trade relations as a weapon to subjugate.

The west is facing a demographic time bomb. They've been flooded with millions of refugees over decades. There's no longer any sense of unity in the west. When your demographics are so f*cked, people give up on morals.

Thing is, in the west its been going on for so long that the reactionaries have been growing in numbers for years. Lots of youth are lashing out at LGBT... This hasn't even started in Türkiye. And actually, because Islam plays the role that left wing has in the west (supporting demographic change by allowing refugees in), Türkiye's gen z and gen alpha are going to become increasingly anti-Islamic. The question is now, will the liberal side or the Turkist/nationalist side win in the coming decades?

That is a large improvement for Turkey, which was ranked 59 in 2018. Now, Turkey needs to keep improving so that it can at least pass Saudi Arabia.

Simsek knows his job and did well after returning. But most importantly, the independence of the Central Bank has been reinstated, at least in parts.
And this is where it all breaks or continues to be good. If Erdogan keeps his hands off the economy and the CB as he is currently, good if not bad.
