Looks like they are start to widen their aerial insertions techniques other than just parachuting (HAHO and HALO/MFF without wingsuits) and rappelling from helicopters.

Yes, there are Kopasgat or other TNI personnel that have paramotor pilot qualifications even before October 7th, but this paratrike, looks like it is a more systematic effort from top-down.
