Looks like they are start to widen their aerial insertions techniques other than just parachuting (HAHO and HALO/MFF without wingsuits) and rappelling from helicopters.

Don’t forget that Kopasgat also known (start) to doing training with paramotors. Hamas led October 7th incursion to Israel which included the usage of paragliders may gave them slight of ideas about its potential.

It’s not new thing that non-state actors be trend setters for low cost but quite effective stuff like that. Armed commercial (COTS) quadcopter was known to be used first (or one of the early) by pro-Islamic State group in Idlib, Jund Al-Aqsa/Jundul Aqsa before wider used by IS during Battle of Mosul and made it more widely known.

If your resources smaller than your opponent’s (asymmetrical situations), it force you to think how to close that gap of power creatively. Knowledge, technology and cleverness are ‘must have’ if you really want balance the power or even outpower your bigger opponents with your smaller resources.

TNI already did it during exercise far before Hamas

some are just snippets of videos on a scale that doesn't capture the whole picture, so it's a bit hard to say if these are real or just promotional videos.

But China will be very happy with this news of course if true, they must be trying hard to get this engine for the J20.
