They could be buying them for an African country.
And the likelihood of that being someone we don't like is very high. As someone pointed out the UAE will wait with the whole delivery before giving it to those

Of course but it doesnt matter,we will probably provide the other side with Airdefence or something.
I guess its calculated beforehand.

Maybe stupid question, but is KAANs stealth coating considered for out ÖZGÜR F16s?
I don't believe it was mentioned before but I wouldn't be surprised at all if we consider it in the future. As far as I can remember, US was also considering RAM paint for their F-16s, as they are also upgrading theirs. These jets will serve 15-20 years more as the work horses, perhaps not facing peer level enemies but flying missions nonetheless. Giving them any advantage, however little it may be, is just common sense.

There has to be electrical continuity for the advanced ram coatings, the f16 shape is probably not suitable for that. Plus it would probably be thicker than regular ram paint, and alter flight characteristics.
