This is probably a C-UAS/loitering munition like the RTX Coyote or Iran's 358 missile. What you think is a booster is actually a turbojet engine. If you notice, there is also a 4-faced radar on the NMS-L.

Very cheap air missile build from unguiged 70mm rocket , U can use it to destroy cheap drones like US did with Houthis drones not speding 1 milliom dollar amramm missiles.
