Look at the payloads. It can be used as a decoy, but that doesn't make it a kamikaze drone.

Do you notice that for Hisar a and Hisar O there are 2 given range information. But for siper just one!!

Do you notice that for Hisar a and Hisar O there are 2 given range information. But for siper just one!!

The second one is altitude.
