Very cool exhibition of weapons and ammunition. Impressive! I have recently developed a curiosity and passion for weapons and everything related to them. I decided to study it better, read it. My father was in the military, but I was always far from it, and now I feel like I'm awake. I came across a great article on the site https://bulkmunitions.com/what-are-the-parts-of-ammunition/, where it was very well explained what the main parts of ammunition are. Indeed, a very informative article. I even started thinking that I wanted to work in a gun shop to share my knowledge with newbies, but I know that is not possible for now.

still at the very beginning
Yes, you are 100% correct here. I hope to see a lot more development in the upcoming years. Assar's goal was not importing a single ammunition soon and I hope that Egypt can eventually even export small arms, and ammunition to allied countries.

Egypt manufactures 1st locally-made multi-barrel machine gun

CAIRO – 16 November 2020: The Ministry of State for Military Production started manufacturing a 100-percent Egyptian multi-barrel machine gun at Military Factory 300 inaugurated by President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi in February.

Chairperson Tarek Ezat told Al Watan newspaper that the factory has four plants, and that one of them is specialized in small arms. That plant is the one producing the multi-barrel machine gun as a production line is allocated for assembling that arm.

The official stated that Military Factory 300 has a plant that produces ammunitions for small arms, as well as parts that get assembled by the other plant.

Ezat clarified that the gun was tested in labs and the field in collaboration with the Egyptian Armed Forces.

Ezat pointed out that the plant supplies all Egyptian Armed Forces and police needs of small arms ammunitions that are manufactured by production lines made by Belgium's New Lachaussée, and a French company.
