In collaboration with ASELSAN and the SSB, we aim to deliver the two aircraft next year."

TAI GM says only two aircraft are being near ready at this stage. There is a huge delay, but in contrast to the last image we saw of TC-SJB, program is being changed considerably with more capabilities being added. It remains to be seen how great of an idea is it that a program delayed this much is being changed at this stage, but we will see.

You should've tagged the old man @TR_123456 here mate, he needs the education we could also take our slippers off and say "no new project for you before you finish the one in front of you" that generally worked when I was a lad.

Or more correctly scope creep. I can hardly fault the user in this case, as HAVASOJ was delayed a lot and threat analysis probably proved over the years that the original design was no longer enough. but again, we have no idea what that rearfacing housing contains or if anything else was changed with the design.

TAI along with many other Turkish defence industry companies ha e assumed alot of responsibility recent years, mainly last decade. And these responsibilities are not just producing are high quality products in huge numbers but developing state of the art technologies and products. Even though we have had some experience, we still lacked so many integral components and knowledge for such R&D.

Along with such undertaking, we are pushed alot with urgent needs emanating from politics around our geography.

We have come a long way and delivered incredible results. Yes have setbacks but these are understandable. I am not so happy with unmet deadlines but I think it is because they cannot foresee such issues such process are new to us.

Compared to last decade, I am very happy and honored with what we have achieved. I also am very eager to see SOJ and KAAN fly as early as possible, however these things take time....
