@Sinan - just delete this thread - it has become toxic.
First of all we have a policy of not deleting or locking threads, instead we delete the posts that are violating forum rules and punish those responsible, clean up the thread and open for discussion. This is our general mentality. If we delete or lock down a thread we would be punishing everybody collectively and some people can abuse this like intentionally heating the discussions in order to force mods to lock down the thread.

Secondly, i have gone through every post. Yes, there are heated discussions but nobody really broke up any rules. I thank that for everybody. Please, continue in this civilized manner.

Devil is usually hidden in details, what numbers represent is something like bikini it reveals eveything but shows nothing. From what i follow amd read, it is obvious trend of fasiziation of indian society and on the other hand we have Hindus that returned to pakistan who probably were lured by bjp prppaganda to migrate. So, why i am telling this, even if india were more tolerant in past then pakistan, which i doubt, there is clear shift in opposite direction today. Your extremists became to strong and almost maimstream mindset, personally i thnk that will hurt india most if they remain in power for longer time but it is not my bussiness to tell indians how to cope with that fact, i am just noticing facts by information provided.
The % argumant cited like a reading from a holy script by our friends from the Ganges Valley thown in to confuse the issue and from the word have the narrative implicate Pakistan as the bad guy.

To being with the % of Hindus in the Indus region [Pakistan] was low before 1947 and had been so historically. Prior to Islam the region was home to Zorastrian, Animism, Buddhist and practices that down the centuries would be named 'Hindu'. Below is British era map from 1909. You can easily discern the green north west which is the Indus Valley region and today is Pakistan. As you can see it is overwhelmingly Muslim.

That said obviously there was a Hindu minority. However in 1947 a population exchange took place. Indian Punjab had significant Muslim %. That overnight went to below 1%. They moved mover en masse to Pakistan Punjab. The Hindus % in Pakistan Punjab moved into Indian Punjab. Indeed more Muslims moved to Pakistan then the other way around.

This should be used with absolute care. Good discussion can involve heated debate. It's your forum but moderation should be used judiciously or you kill free debate and the forum loses it's vitality. It just becomes a echo chamber.

Also I have noticed in some forums a tactic used to muzzle discussions. If a discussion is taking place on matters that some group might find hard to digest they will bring wave after wave of kamikaze like posts intened to create such a situation that mods end up locking the thread and in doing so they have effectively used the mods to censor discussions and control narratives.

I am beyond any words, is this how Hindus finally stood for themselfs?

Yes - India is under great danger and on the path to becoming a Hindu version of Pakistan. Modi is like a Hindu version of Jinnah - refer to this thread -

It is comprehensible, my english is not perfect, aware of it, i am sure that you understood what i meant, but will repeat anyway, reflecting on past and conisdering Jinna Pakistan vile per se out of the context is false and bad analogy and perfectly lights weakness amd inabillty to say anything reasonable to justify those acts in your worldview and stance.

You said somehing like this, "yes india is slowly becoming jinna pakistan under modi rule"
That is justification by whataboutism. And politely ask you to not act as moderator, they will decide if i am throlling or not.

No it is not. It is a criticism, not a justification.

Here is the definition. I have neither said it is right, nor have I said it is reasonable.

Justification -
noun
  1. the action of showing something to be right or reasonable.

That is what i emphasized in one of my recent posts, there is obvious will from pakistan to maintain religious and communitties peace and harmony regardless unfortunate imcidents on other side we have state sponsored vigilantism and percecution.

The Logical Indian contacted Police Control Room of Mandsaur who confirmed that vandalisation of property happened in Nayi Abadi area of Darona village in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh.

We also spoke to the police officer investigating the matter who said, "Some goons climbed the mosque but police intervened and asked them to come down."

"There was no damage to the structure of the mosque though some houses were damaged, no one was injured," he added. He also said that five people associated with the matter have been arrested and the investigation is still on.

While the structure of the mosque was not vandalised, the report of the man climbing on top of the mosque was true.

So unlike Pakistan, where the police let the mob break the temple - in India, the police and authorities ensured that the mosque was not broken. The difference is pretty stark.

You can whitewash it is as long as you want, what they were doing at first place around mosque? And you have audacity to complain about reactionary vandalization in pakistan. Sort your country mess first.
You can start from love jihad and cow protection laws.

We don't live in a military state. If people wish to assemble, that's their right. Right now thousands of Indian farmers have assembled near Delhi to repeal farm laws. When an assembly becomes a mob, then it is a problem. In this case, the authorities did not allow the mob to break the mosque. In our neighboring country though, the temple seems to have been demolished without the authorities even intervening. Now if this is factually incorrect, by all means correct me.

Love Jehad laws will be repealed - they don't even exist in my State. What's wrong if cows are protected? There is no infringement on anyone's religious right - there is no dogma requiring any religion to kill cows.

What is the purpose of protesting infront of mosque with orange flags, pointing that out as right just show your hidden animosity towards muslims, nothing new but people clearly see trough indian propagandist narrative and you are partiially part of it in certain extension.
Regarding farmers all i see is continous demonisation of Sikhs community as some Khalistan separatists and similar.
Dont make me lough love jihad law will be aboliahed by who, modi bjp?
Nothing wrong with protection of cows as long as you do not lynch people who beg to differ and use it for human consuption.

All I see is a lack of understanding of how democracies function. You can protest anything you like. You are free to hate Hindus and Hinduism - that's your right. I am not going to continuously explain to you how democracy works.
