Yes, As far as I know (Mr DEMIR stated) they didn’t cancel the cooperation but not letting institutes (EuroSam) to sign phase-II too.

4 launcher vehicle. Each vehicle has 6 ready to fire Siper/Hisar-U missiles.

It is about will, determination, technology and money. Russia is also developing a similar system called S-500. China has developed as well. Japan has this tech. S. Korea is trying to develop. If you check the countries having long range SAM tech similar to Siper, You will see the same 4-5 countries inside this league too.
In tech field, Turkey has developed neccessary knowledge to reach the space with domestic solid and liquid propulsion technologies. In recent tests, Roketsan launched a two stage sounding rocket to an altitude around 140km (first time in 2018) [Arrow-3; 7m length, 820mm width, Range:150km]. They have tested first elements of national divert and attitude control and two color mid wave-length (MWIR/LWIR) optic guidance systems in space conditions in this trials. The biggest challenge will be to develop guidance and data-link systems in this program. Detecting the ballistic missile from longer ranges and guiding the killer vehicle to the correct point will be important so Aselsan is not only developing state of art divert and attitude control mechanism but also a ultra long range radar.

By 2022/23, Roketsan will launch an 16-17m national rocket to test the most advanced propulsion and guidance technologies in space conditions. I believe the final stage of this rocket will have matured 5axis Aselsan DACS + two color optic guidance that will be integrated to HALR missiles.

These space rocket programs are giving our engineers/institutes (Aselsan/Metrksan/Tübitak UZAY) great chances to test new technologies at real space conditions. I think This rocket will push the altitude limits of 200-250km.

Siper will have a Ka-band seeker that will be same with Aster-30 Block1NT seeker. MBDA has upgraded the Aster-block-30 missle (Ku band) with new Ka band seeker head. Ka band has many strategic advantages compared to Ku band seekers in terms of detection range and sight angle. @Nutuk

Hisar A+ is the member of the Hisar family of air defense systems that represents the first tier of the system.

The current form of the Siper is exactly compatible with the Sm-2/3 series. America is constantly updating its SM series and developing more capable systems. Turkey will also develop different longer range variants of the Siper to follow similar paths. Similar to SM-2/3 and Aster-30, Siper has also designed to be integrated to not only land based vertical launchers but also naval platforms. Both nation (France and US) are using naval platforms as a base to their ABMD concept so MDBA is developing Aster Block-2 missiles as compatible to their A50/70 Sylver VLS. I believe Turkey will also follow similar path and develop HALR missiles as compatible to national MDAS VLS.

Yes maybe 150-200 km capable siper and more advanced siper-gums is very important. But we also need and max 260mm diametered booster added 100-120 km capable quadpackable gökdoğan missiles. Just because our ships doesnt have much more vls and hard to install him news and making a new ships takes a years and money.

There are huge threats in the east med to our ships most importants air launched exoceets and harpoons. I hope "göktuğ equipped hisar" or hisar-g+ will be like that missile.

Turkish land territory has descent air defence since S400 was purchased but mavi vatan lacks of indigenous air defence systems so they should hurry to complete g40 and SIPER naval.

Sungur system can both fire Sungur Manpad and Cirit, considering it would be also used from behind a hill, wall and entrenched position etc. It makes sense
