I still see 2 sequential warhead explosions. You may see differently.
Firstly there is a dual pulse engine, first pulse accelerates the missile towards the target and second pulse ignites to engage the target, giving the missile extra power to climb higher or follow the fast maneuvering target.

After ramjet / scramjet type engine this is the second best type propulsion for missiles as the dual pulse enlarges the no escape zone, with ramjet the no escape zone is larger.

And than you have that the warhead is not exploding at impact but due to her proximity fuse at a range that it can kill the target. There may be a second explosion when the fuel tank of the target explodes however these things need to be confirmed as you cannot easily point it out on pictures.

According to infographic, 1 Siper long range SAM battery consist of 4 launcher vehicles that is carrying 6 Siper missiles each. S Band AESA TEIRS radar will be the main early warning element of the Siper structure. We don’t know yet what is the specifications of AKR radar. Most likely, It will be the modified variant of STR (from appearance)

🎉🎉🎉

Seems like the missile is big enough to have longer range in the future.

A new radar called AIRS which is going to fill the deficiencies of medium range Kalkan-II (Hisar-O+) and short range MAR (Hisar-A+) radars at low altitudes is being developed by Aselsan. This radar will detect primarily targets flying from low altitudes. This kind of targets mostly remain in blind sector of other radars but AIRS will have a telescobic platform that will raise the radar to increase the sight angle. When AIRS is revealed in 2021/22, It will be operated inside the same network that Siper and Hisar family are operated.

Later, Aselsan will reveal giant radar called YIR. It will have thousands of km range to detect primarily ballistic missiles.

YİR will be the main early warning radar of GUMS (Arrow-3 equivalent) high altitude long range air defence missile program that will be far superior than S-400.

I think this report will make more sense now. 5 axis DACS are being developed for primarily GUMS. DACS mechanism will be used on exo-atmospheric killer vehicle and other space applications.

I guess GUMS will be like a Turkish THAAD. Do we know if its a single stage or double stage rocket?

From this earlier (2019) release, interception profile is given at around 30 km "and over" :

The indigenous Enhanced Long-Range Area Air and Missile Defence System to be developed under the GUMS Project is dubbed the SİPER/HİSAR-U, which will be an original system with state-of-the-art military capability designed to counter the most challenging threats and slated to reach fruition in the mid-2020s. According to sources HİSAR-U will be equipped with Ka-Band RF seeker and would be able to intercept incoming ballistic missiles at 30 km and over altitudes with hit-to-kill concept/capability.

The names of Turkish programs are mostly mixed with other programs in their early periods. It was mixed in drones, air defence systems and many others. To prevent a misunderstanding, Mr. Demir prefer to call “GUMS” program as “High/Long altitude Long range” missile program and I also prefer to use the same (HALR program). What the source refers as GUMS with 30km altitude is the Siper/Hisar-U missile.

So GUMS, Siper and Hisar U are different names for the same project?

Different names of different programs. There are two different long range air defence programs SSB has started. One is called as “Long range air and missile defence program” and other “High altitude long range missile defence program”. When It was asked Mr. Demir to list the effectivity of the mentioned programs in terms of their ranges, He listed the program as Siper/Hisar-U < S-400 < HALR (GUMS). GUMS was the program SSB commenced feasibility studies with EUROSAM for Aster Block-2 but Siper is the domestic program that is being developed by Aselsan, Roketsan and SAGE.

If you check SSB infographic about air defence systems, You can realise that GUMS and Hisar-U(Siper) are two different programs.

These infographics are very old. Many concept changes have been made over those years, and these days have been reached. I think don't be fooled by the visuals.

As part of the announcement dated November 17, 2015 made by the Turkish Ministry of National Defence (MoND) on the cancellation of the T-LoRAMiDS Project, it was underlined that activities for fulfilling the related demands with national resources would be continued. To this end, in 2016, the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) launched the Indigenous Long-Range Air Defence System (GUMS/HİSAR-U) Project later named as SİPER. The contract regarding the SİPER Project was signed by an Aselsan, Roketsan and TÜBİTAK SAGE Partnership on January 15, 2018 and within the scope of the Project, being executed with national facilities, Aselsan is responsible for the development of the Long-Range Search Radar, Multi-Functional Fire Control Radar and Radar (RF) Seeker. The system design specifications of the Project were completed in 2018 and the activities on System and Sub-System Design are being executed. With a range over 100km, the SİPER Missile is planned to function against only air breathing targets in the first stage, but Anti-Ballistic Missile capability is expected to be gained during the second stage. The first delivery as part of the Project is aimed to be conducted at the end of 2021.
Even Ibrahim Sünnetçi's articles are out of date.

6 missiles in 4 launchers?? Or you mean 2 missiles on each launcher? Means 8.

Agree! The time changes and the programs evolve and many of previous specs including names can change too but SSB kicked off the Siper program with the name Hisar-U, then changed the names as Siper but One thing that was mentioned by official mouths is GUMS was the program that was given to a feasibility study commenced with EuroSam. The feasibility study was aiming to determine the requirements of 3 countries. What Turkey wanted was a SAM with anti-ballistic missile features so Turkey would have purchased a few battery Aster Block-1NT (If Consertium agreed to proceed), later the cooperation would have continued with Aster Block-2 technology for three countries. In this time period, domestic program has already had two names (Siper and Hisar-U).

When It was understood that A consertium with France is almost impossible, Turkey has drawn own roadway but Turkey is still keeping the doors opened for EuroSam. That’s the reason I am using same GUMS name for our HALR anti-ballistic missile program.

31 August 2020, İsmail DEMİR:

“Our first step is HİSAR-A, even HİSAR-A +, because we have enlarged our HİSAR-A system a little more. Subsequently, HİSAR-O, later our long-range air defense system called SİPER, and after that, our air defense system, high-altitude and long-range anti-ballistic missile system, will be activated.”

I suppose after little Napoleon went wild on Turkey, the GUMS project is stalled indefinitely?
