To my eyes, it looks like they hit a flare released from a drone. Am i wrong ?
Disagree as far as i see right before interception target drone's jet engine gone afterburner(is there a such a thing?).

Why should there be a flare if it is a test in a controlled environment?
Did they not want to shoot down the target drone itself?
Or perhaps they also tested how it behaves against multiple targets.

Is the range and max altitude of Hisar A+ known?
Russians tend to add to their missiles’ speed, range and altitude figures as they want to sell their missile systems. Thus they exaggerate a bit. They were giving 400km range for S400 even though the missile with that range was not even ready.
Turkish Army will never give you the exact figures. But a dual pulse rocket with the size of a Hisar-A + should be good enough for 20-25 km range 10k altitude. (Previously released figures of Hisar-O)
Hisar-O+ , hence should be 40+ km range and 15+ km altitude. It has to be better than the S125 of Ukraine - logically-.

When Turkish air defence missile and radar programs are completed, I think Turkey will have gained one of the most capable network centric and layered air defence concept of the World. The national SAM batteries that is consisted of multiple state of art radars, mixed (IIR and Rf) missiles in same launcher vehicles and hybrid seekers (Rf+IIR) at long range missiles will guarantee very high percentage kill ratio. This concept will provide a superior capability against advanced armies using electronic warfare sensors and tactics widely. Besides, The ranges between each layer of Turkish concept is shortened. This means that the enemy aircrafts will have to deal with multiple national missiles to penetrate Turkish air defence lines. The defence lines in terms of ranges can be summarzed as 4km-8km-20km-50km-~70km-120km-400km(S400)- (?) GUMS and in terms of altitudes 4km-6km-12km-20km-30km(S400)- 30-35km Siper- xxxkm (HALR) in altitude layers.

Range of G40 which is equivalent of ESSM should be around 35-40km with 10-12 km altitude. There was ground launched ESSM prototype for Poland with same specifications. So we should expect G40+ have more range. I am looking forward to seeing G40.

I would also like to see ESSM Blk2 equivalent, G40 Blk2 from Roketsan as they are part of the consortium developing it.

At 0:35 and 0:44 you can see the 2nd stage of the dual-pulse rocket engine kicking in during the terminal phase.😍
There is no second stage in these motors. Only one stage and one motor. It has, however 2 fuel tanks. It uses it’s first fuel tank to get close. Then it starts to lose speed. This is when it opens up second fuel tank and re-ignites. This is why you see a fireball. It reaches maximum speed. Catches target and destroys it.
