Bro,what exactly does this mean?

Germany and some other countries embargoed export licenses for some electronic parts used for the guidance system etc. Parts had to be nationalized or alternatives had to be found.

If I am not wrong meanwhile they were working to replace embargoed parts they also decided to update Hisar to the A+/O+ configurations.

In the recent Aselsan showcase, the Hisar-A had a different visual sensor package then on previous prototypes:

I am just wondering here, since ( from 2016 to present) germany still continues hostile approach by applying embargo on electronic parts used from Turkiye, then why Turkiye officials do not use think-thank logical approach and use the same language.

Apply embargo on electronic parts used by germany.
For example applying embargo on "thermal batteries" produced by Turkiye and used on german missiles

Because we're in a different position. Germany and its industry can afford to embargo Turkey, our companies at this stage are proud of exporting to Germany and will most likely use it as a reference to boost further exports. Each sale will help develop new projects, while Germany is the export nation in the world and has a customer base that we can only dream about.

Let Germany put embargoes, in the end they are curbing their own defense industry.
Take the Netherlands, in 2014 the Netherlands exported for 240mln euro of defense materials to Turkey, in 2019 this was only 20mln euro. Did the Netherlands achieve anything with embargoes? Yes they're destroying their own defense industry, when in a year of 10 they start to knock on Turkish door to ask Turkey for selling weapons to them they will understand but it'll be too late.

Have you read about German shipyard merger? ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems, German Naval Yards Kiel and Lürssen are planning to merge to survive. Although Germany has top biggest market share in exporting submarines, they lost the market of surface level naval ships to Italy and than France. One of the top reasons for this is the German government. Rheinmetall plans to sue German government over arms sales restrictions and embargoes.

Especially in a time new players enter major arms export market like South Korea, they are shooting their own foot.

^this.

Very stupid move by them to litteraly "sabotage" their own industry for the sake of temporarily damaging other nations procurement plans - temporarily.

Germany is different, there's little political will to be big in defense and the population seems to be and rightfully so anti war. Not like in Turkey where we are all pretty much rooting for our army and our defense equipment. It's hurting the business and development.

There are now some developments with the entire PESCO story, so let's see how that works out. Joint European projects are bound to be slower and expensive because there are so many countries that want a share of the pie.

Seems like the Turkish S-400 got all the bells and whistles. With the 9M96 missiles, it doesn't need to have a dedicated MRSAM to protect is, just point-defense systems.

With the latest updates, I think Network centric layered Turkish air defence missile concept will be established with these systems;

Korkut SPAAG/Gökdeniz CIWS
Sungur/Sapan (Naval)
Hisar-A+
Hisar-O+
Hisar-G+(land)/G40(naval quad pack)
Siper/Siper-Naval
Long Range High Altitude Missile Defence system

Perhaps we'll see a Siper II with the Akdogan as the main missile, fitted with a booster for 150km+ range.

Add lasers to the mix for a more comprehensive list. Maybe Masers as well, as EW with a punch, I guess.

We still don't know how ramjet work will pan out.
Lastly, railguns can probably have a role in air defense as well
