About Roketsan's most recently announced project: Anti-ballistic missile defence system. I think Turkey will follow a similar path with Raytheon SM concept in this program so I believe Roketsan-SAGE will develop a SM-3 form instead of developing a system that looks like Arrow. Siper missile resembles to the SM-2 in appearance and so I think ABMD missile will be larger and longer missile than Siper with boosters. This concept will be suitable to the naval applications as well.

Directed particle weapons should be different from directed energy.
Laser is particularly different from them as it is well known and has its peculiar name.
It should be more like a proton beam accelerated in an accelerator, just guessing.
If so it can be more powerful than a laser as it won't be scattered by atmospheric elements.

Interesting sentence from the article talking about the Siper:

"Demir stated that the Siper will have a two-stroke engine, like Hisar-A and Hisar-O that enables maximum efficacy during vertical launch, along with active radar homing and infrared homing warheads. It is expected to enter the inventory in 2023."

As expected, Siper will have dual mode seeker head. (Rf+IIR) This will make Siper more resistant to jamming and provide better kill ratio. Siper will be a one shot one kill long range surface to air missile. I can say that dual mode Siper(Ka band Rf seeker + IIR ) with dual pulse rocket motors will be better than Pac-3 missile

Active seekers are more prone to jamming than Track-Via-Missile guidance. To overcome this, the use of secondary IIR seekers is a good solution against jamming targets.

Should we expect that the shape of SIPER will be asimetric like "David's Sling" so that it will have two seeker?

The shape of Siper is similar to the SM2 and this form offers modularity that can be enlarged/enlongened in next blocks. US is using this modular designed SM series to integrate on VL launchers on naval platforms and Bigger variants (SM3) are being used as BMD system (exm Roketsan BMD missile program)

I thought hisar was already in service in 2020 in Syria but bizarre that it's said that it will enter officialy in the inventory of TSK in 2021

Hisar-A is in inventory. Delivery of Hisar-A+ will starts soon. The qualifications were completed. Hisar-O+ is expected to enter into service in this year. Hisar-Rf+ is in trials as well. Siper will enter in inventory in 2023.

Taking in to account of our current threat levels from our neighbours, what we urgently need is:
A copy of Aster 30 block 1NT (good for air breathing and ballistic missiles with 1500km range) and/or
A copy of Aster 30 block 2 BMD (good for ballistic missiles with 3000km range)

First of all, I’m no expert so I have no knowledge about the inner workings of such systems.

I have an interesting argument, or rather a question about our current and upcoming air defence systems:

The American, French, Russian and Chinese air defence systems have been in the market for a very long time now. Their radar signatures have been broadcasted millions of times. I‘m sure they can be changed at the press of a button but these countries must have intricate knowledge of how the radars and launchers and rockets etc. of their enemies, or let’s say counterparts, are working. They must have studied these systems behind closed doors and they must have gone over different scenarios numerous times. Their pilots must have trained possible strategies to avoid, detect and destroy all the crucial machines within these systems. Even more so, they must have trained numerous agents to seek and sabotage these systems in case of an all-out war. Wikipedia tells me that Russia has been manufacturing the S-300 as well as its ensuing models and the US has been manufacturing the Patriot since the 70s. Although these are not the same machines that were made in the 70s, they have been developed on top of the platforms created over 50 years ago.

So, what I’m asking is this: with a new system architecture in a completely new language and designed according to a brand new approach, do our systems constitute a new “force” or a new “player” among these, perhaps not outdated but already leaked yet proven systems? In all-out war or even a small-scale conflict, do we have the advantage of surprise? I feel like neither Greece nor any of our neighbors had a real chance to study our new systems. So, do they even know the capacity of our weapons? They have obviously trained their pilots, soldiers, generals and engineers against our older NATO weapons and systems. But new weapons means completely unforeseeable tactics. Where previous systems acted in a certain way in conflicts, our systems may act in a completely unexpected way for the enemy. That could be the deciding factor for an entire war.

Can someone explain why we have 2 long distance air defence systems being developed? Namely, Hisar-U and Siper.
Hisar-U , as far as I understand is the longer range version of Hisar A, O, A+, O+. Basically designed to stop air breathing threats at a distance of 90-120km range and 20+km altitude. It will employ a dual pulse engine as it’s smaller brothers.
Siper on the other hand will be a missile that will be operating at a higher altitude. Probably 30+ km . Have a similar range , around 120km. But still have a dual pulse engine . Specifically designed for anti ballistic missiles duty and also for air breathing threats.
Why don’t we take the same route as the Stamp systems? Aster 30 block 2 BMD would solve all our problems. It can be operated from naval platforms as well as operating from land. It would be a Swiss Knife type of AD system. One missile for all threats; Air breathing, and ballistic missiles with 3000km range (MRBM).
