Imagine being injured and then carried by a drone in that coffin like container, the flight alone might kill someone claustrophobic.

This is the type of drone our so called “MIUS” should be.
as well as being high supersonic, it has a long operational range. 4800 + km range at 2.1 Mach speed.
Between 9-16 million dollars a piece they are cheap!
If Singapore can make it, I don’t see why we shouldn’t be able to make one similar as well.
It is a light weight carbon fibre stealthy design UAV called “The Arrow”. Already 100+ orders in the books.
“The Arrow is designed to complement manned aircraft and be a force multiplier in aerial battlefield,” the company explained in an information sheet.

Like many drones currently in use, the Arrow is capable of being controlled by an operator. It can also take off autonomously, which — if you haven’t seen the Terminator series — is pretty freaky, no? The UAV can also be flown in a fleet of aircraft as part of a larger mission.

Being a leading country to bring democracy, peace, stability and protect human rights etc with drones, i wonder why we lack some thing like above loitering munition's ? Kargi was suppose to be in service by now but i don't mind delays.
Is there any program to have a whole family of loitering munition's that is not known to us ?
After the success of harpy and harpy 2 (harop) in Karabakh we should look into it, there things are easy to transport and store compared to ballistic and cruise missiles and relatively cheaper too.

Would be nice but if I am not wrong Baykar already mentioned to use the AI-25 turbine for the MIUS (just can't find it anymore where it was mentioned).

AI-25 has 3500LBS thrust, so MACH2.1 is an illusion. MIUS is meant to be at high subsonic speed (800-900km/h)

Reconfigured versions of ALBATROS include bomber drones, armed drones and armed bomber drones.
I was thinking before that the ALBATROS would be perfect for carrying a machine gun. Pretty much a bigger version of the ASİSGUARD SONGAR.

It is not really practical to use SAL guided missile with 15-20 km range. The drone at least should be out of RAM and ESSM's (CAMM-MICA etc) range.
Unlike land, sea is flat and the targets usually rest in middle of the vast area and highly detectable,so the missile can easily find its own way.
Compared to land units, naval platforms are more self-aware and equipped with better sensors for early warning and detection, and usually with missiles covering up to 10+ km.

Turkish electronic warfare and multiple decoys would do the job just fine :)

With suitable sensors UAVs will detect major navy platforms from 150-200 kms with ease from mid altitudes. I think current FLIR cameras can already do it in nice weather, for other weather types longer range SAR+GMTI radar is possible, can even be programmed to detect and identify the geometry of the the ship's wake on water surface. If they can provide this position to Atmaca launchers, guided ballistic missile launchers at surface, future Gezgin batteries, swarms of powered Kuzgun or SDB like munitions or launch medium ranged anti-ship missiles themselves it will be so hard for targeted ships.

It doesn’t say it is going to hit corvettes or frigates. It says FAC or similar. I know our FAC’s don’t have ESSM . Some Greek boats have RAM block 1 with a range of 10km max. An ammunition that does not have an engine or rocket motor is quite difficult to lock on to. May be because of laser guidance they may be located. But the UAV’s definitely will be out of range.
For bigger ships it will be Aksungur with a HGK 81 or even 82 with a different seeker will do the honours! Or Akinci with SOM-J

How do you know it is a TB2 and not an ANKA? The UI reminds me of the CATS (actually Aselsan UI) instead of the MX-15.

Edit: It seems the UI is from the FLIR Star SAFIRE 380-HD. I think I've seen ANKA's with this system.

How do you know it is a TB2 and not an ANKA? The UI reminds me of the CATS instead of the MX-15.
I think I followed it by flightradar24, and Orman Bakanlığı announced it as TB2 if I recall correctly... I’ll search more on it.

Yeah, it really looks like FLIR UI and not WESCAM. Perhaps they put a FLIR turret on a TB2 for trials. The MX-15 and SAFIRE 380-HD have almost the same performance, size and weight.
