This is why the Aselflir-F500C/600 are more important than many think. The differences between the 1280x1024 and 640x512 resolutions are huge.

If it’s like DSLR technology, sensor size and lens quality is probably as important, especially for low light conditions. For security applications, lower megapixel cameras can outperform especially higher megapixel counterparts in low light. With new AI methods, image stabilization both in mechanics and software the image quality could be even better. I wish Turkey had invested in developing high quality image sensors.

On a side note, which i thought was pretty cool.. ASP1000 ground power unit is Turkish too :) https://www.arelgroundpower.com/yer-destek-cihazlari/asp1000-urunu-15

ASP1000 series solid state Ground Power Units (GPU), are designed to provide 28.5V DC power by converting from mains for the initial movement of aircraft engines and its maintenances in hangars. It is environmentally friendly with its silent structure and zero exhaust emission. By its compact structure and superior maneuverability, it can be easily used by single operator.

One thing that I hope is coming for unmanned pilots on software side is for some sort of "Neutralisation Radius" of a selected weapon, superimposed to the picture live feed - help reduce collateral damage, give the pilot a better overall picture of what the weapon is likely to do so they can adjust as required

Just a crude idea, the neutralisation radius being adjusted based on the warhead type and weapon type and adjusted based on magnification of the camera.

Inner circle could be high probability of neutralisation and the outer circle medium probability of neutralisation :)
