That was in our territory, you can see SKK Migas logo on the oil platform
Which territory❓ I don't see any intrusion. Doesn't matter if there is Merah-Putih flying on the rig, or floating on the water. its still doesn't count as our territory or anyone else territory for that matter

Oops... You wrong. If you tried to raising hell, try again next time.
Its still weird tho, even its on our ZEE, why such AF didnt deploy fighter to intercept that plane or perhaps monitoring such behaviour?
I doubt AF and Navy didnt have any adequate radar to smell that plane.

Furthermore, theres F16 sq stationed at natuna.

hahaha... Natuna and oil platform is my work place dude, I can understand what TNI AU said about this, and it's not the first time we experience this kind of situation, some are not leaked into public. what you read is not the same with what actual. I don't want to extend this discussion, just to remind us to keep aware of South China Sea situation.

From the video above, how could you describe the ownership of the plane. If its straight to what you speak, then its could be clear that was TUDM plane, again try to harrash.

Could be, but looking at SCS heat up perhaps its active duty state but, all i get here the spokesman only give away what media need not the truth.

This make me got some worrysome. 😐

I didn't said it was TUDM, someone else did, and I am not agree it was TUDM, because from the previous incident we experienced it with US Navy, my opinion is they try to "fishing" in South China Sea, nothing to do with us, that's why TNI AU not worried with them.

More like you said "stop asking me more" for me. Idk
Can understand what? More specific please
Answer it please.

It's kind of like you spreading a hoax by said that bee (colloquial term) was buzzed in our territory, just like asbun (asal bunyi) while not give any prove that aircraft was violated our territory.

Ok frankly, they are stronger, super power, we know our position on this. when there's a US Navy F-18, there's a CVN nearby. And you are not going to fly an F-16 to intercept it, remember the Bawean incident in 2003. As a super power they can bully a country whose power is below it and that's a fact, right now they are playing with China, they are not trying to disturb us.

Whatever you said on the comment above not answer my question.

So, you said that plane was pass through our territory is just your "dugaan" or what? And I have to believe your crazy zero evidence theory or Kadispenau? easy question

Legality of Military Activities in an EEZ

Most of the States that participated in the LOSC negotiations supported the view that military operations, exercises, and activities have always been regarded as internationally lawful uses of the sea and that the right to conduct such activities would continue for all States within the EEZs of other States.

Keep calm and stay SR😶

The country which has right on the EEZ can regulate those aircrafts: requesting them to have transponder on for safety. Just the way ships are obliged apart from SOLAS, by EEZ sovereign state to have navigation safety equipment are present and running.
Maybe (which part/article of UNCLOS are you citing?)

Bawean Incident and the latest Natuna case are completely different cases. You need to learn about the difference between territorial waters and EEZ

If that F-18 in our EEZ belongs to US Navy I don't really mind tbh.

BUT

if it belongs to TUDM then I'm really annoyed 🔥😁

That still not proving that video was taken in Indonesian territory. How you know that video was taken in Indonesian territory?

You need Eliot Higgins's brain, expertise, and resources to prove that video was taken in Indonesian territory and prove that Kadispenau was lied.
