Comparing law of return with Nazism which killed tens of millions of innocent people is total madness.
Germany grants citizenship to Russian Germans .
Portugal grants citizenship to Sephardic Jews.
Any country has right to grant citizensip to anyone it wishes.
As for apartheid:

This is not really going to buy currency with people that have made up their mind either way.
It is essentially mind made up and then find elements that will fit the mind's narrative (rather than opposite way).
Countries all around the world are heterogeneous to varying extents and thus will have underlying discriminations in them. I could at some length for exampe, go into askhenazi vs mizrahi fears within just jewish community of Israel during the sustained migrations (from arab world after Europe) after founding of the state (there is one excellent book on background to 67 war I can recommend to anyone if interested). So of course there is going to be further discriminations inherited by context of any country....since any country is not a monolith at some level....some at very early levels (yet many admirably function and have far more proven demonstrable cohesion than more "homogeneous" states)
To compare this kind of thing to systematic legal discrimination like found in Apartheid and Jim Crow laws while being apologist/supporter of their own much larger scale history and/or ongoing brutality based on such discriminations is one of bigger hypocrisies that play out in the world. But it is inevitably part of human nature....much connected to the "mind made up + find elements to back it up".
So while Israel literally has arab israelis in supreme court justice positions (and political parties etc) at same time of ongoing discriminations, tensions on the ground....and while India also has all kind of minorities in positions of power, politics and state justice while facing same on ground....we and others have discrimination within the society....many countries can be found with this phenomenon, at any development/wealth level (US also comes to mind lately).
But it is odd to you when you have to confront say Iranian regime apologist calling you predictable X Y Z state....after all the Iranian regime has done in places like Syria and Iraq with literal actual atrocities and genocide arguably.
Just like it is odd to me when apologists/supporters of a regime talk about XYZ w.r.t India.....after what that regime did in East Pakistan (Now Bangladesh for that very reason).
Were the syrian civilians and bengali civilians....silenced and snuffed out in the 100s of thousands facing mere apartheid....or something far uglier?
What things linger and fester in places that don't come clean and accountable about it (while the term Nazi keeps being brought up, given what Germany had to faced up to after the war w.r.t that never get started in most other cases)?
The dissonance (and thus reluctance) of application of own argument to oneself first is often inevitable unfortunately.
