Time will tell.

I can't find much information on the projects Turkey is doing. There is this.

That Zuwara - Ras Jeder is a TINY section of road. italy on the other hand got back their contracts on getting the entire coastline road from Tunisia to Egypt. Turkey has not got back all of its contracts I think.

It is already telling.

Turkstat:

What happened in April ?

Italy holds a lot of economic sway. 40% of Libyan exports go to Italy and Italy exports a similar volume to Libya as Turkey.

A dump happened in April when u zoom out u see a similar trend happened in 2020 followed by an increase in Q3. If u want to confirm that the italians are responsible for this dump I would like to see Libyan imports from Italy from april 2021 and it would also help to see Libyas imports generally in the month of april.

Italy is getting a lot of the reconstruction benefits in Libya it seems:

Italy is Libya’s “best partner” in the reconstruction of the north African country after years of civil war, Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Mohammed Dabaiba said in Rome on Monday.

At a business forum with major Italian companies, Dabaiba explained that “after a tough decade Libya now needs the support of all countries, not just Italy. But to us Italy is a partner, a brother country.”

Libya attended an economic conference hosted by Italian companies.

Dbeibah, who came to Rome with seven ministers, said, “we want to rebuild Libya better than before, to advance,” and for this project, “Italy is our best partner.” He defined Italy as his country’s number one partner “in the economy, in petrol, in development, in infrastructure, but also for hospitals, the rebuilding of schools…. In the last 10 years we have worked hard for safety, to offer you a friendly neighbouring country.”

Another lose at the table I think...
The statements:

This is what Italians are getting in return for their silent support. When it comes to Libya Turkey is having a good partner relationship with Italy and Malta. Turkey and Libya are cooperating with the countries above closely on economics and refugee problem.

Italy has been the driving force in Libya's economy before the wars. They still have the contacts, the contracts and the advantage of being closer.

Anyone remember Gaddafis son playing in the Italian League briefly?

This is what you get for a coalition like transition government. Some will support Haftar, some will support GNA.
Yet they may support LNA,but Haftar should be red line, he should be kicked away and declared persona non-grata.

She won't have a future too ,i am sure. West won't like Haftar supporters.
They are letting them speak during the transition.

Eastern Libyans from Benghazi dont like us Turks they even wanted reparations from us as the Ottomans put some Eastern Libyan tribe to the sword in the 1800s.

Who are the biggest backers of Haftar they are all eastern libyans.

Honestly we should just drone strike place. They are already getting ready for war its a matter of time before shit hits the fan.

Eastern Libyans have this craze of genociding Turks in Mistrata. They are not going to stop.

They can try it once more and this time i think they will lack a major backing (by silence of some western countries). They can still get backing from UAE/Egypt/KSA but will be hard for Europe to remain silent in agression of Haftar. He is obviously a dictator and had done warcrimes.

Eastern Libyans still back the guy. I keep on hearing how the people of Benghazi are victims of haftar thats a lie they are his biggest supporters.

No way they would overthrow him his their man.

Nothing you can do about that
You still dont realise how much money the fqing gulf has..... especially in the hands of the UAE-KSA axis
It isnt that turkey is late in libya; it is just that the current libyan president needs money to restore the country, needs money to rebuild what was destroyed, needs to suck up to the UAE for libya's oil and to win the next presedential election. There is just too much the UAE can give that turkey cant
I predicted this situation from when the ceasefire was signed
None can resist the allure of shitloads of money
And turkey will never have this capability; neither now nor in the near future (not under the AKP or even the CHP or even any other party as turkey consumes a lot)
That is why i was in favour of complete annihilation of the UAE side even if it involved fighting egypt

I dont think the UAE will re-ignite the fight rn
They will just slowly convince the current government on the financial abilities and political connections they have while waiting for turkey to pull out and then they will restart the war
