This is most likely done by F-35. Qatar doesnt have the experience or in this matter most countries doesnt have experience on how to deal with 5th gen planes. If F-35 is involve, they could easley fire the missiles without entering detection zone of the Qatar's radars. Since they didnt expect attack like this, F-35's should not be easy to find.
