Taller VLS-Cells have nothing to do with Quadpack. They are larger so these ships can use Siper-1 and Siper-2 as well as future missiles.

Submarine launched Atmaca, also-known-as Akata , has been successfully launched, hitting moving sea targets and stationary land targets.
This has shown that the Akata missile can be used as an anti ship missile as well as being used against targets on land. It can be launched from subs at a depth of 15 to 60 metres, whilst preserving the 250+km range of the original Atmaca missile.

Izmir frigate launched. A very important milestone for Turkish private shipyards
İzmir and İzmit's fitting out is going nicely.

Looks like on the mast, only the Cenk radars are missing. For İzmir, 2026H1 is aimed, for İzmit it should be 2026H2 or early 2027 with İçel to follow by late 2027. This seems to fit the 36 months program that was signed in January 2023.

Not according to my calculations. If we take the steel cutting and not the signing as starting date:

First steel cutting for the TCG Izmir, Izmit and icel were done on 23rd April 2023. 36 months makes it , all ships to be delivered on 22nd April 2026!

they were boasting that all 3 ships were to be ready together. Your timeline stretches to 2027?. So in essence they are late by over a year for the program to finish.
