You are correct. Mahmut Akşit said that few times. Twin engined Hurjet will give a total of 12000lbf + dry thrust and 20000lbf+ wet thrust to Hurjet. If they made it a single seater with a stealthy body it could be a very capable fighter jet. Especially if they pushed the engine output towards 7000lbf dry and 12000lbf wet thrust each, it could be a good fighter jet for a carrier too.There were talks (or at least TEI CEO Mahmut Aksit mentioned it once) about a twin engine (2x TF10000) Hurjet.
But what about keeping Hurjet (LCA version) single engine. Make the LCA version a little bigger, use a single TF35000 engine.
I wish SSB would go for a middle class fighter asap, something that complements our Kaan fighter, which is a heavy one

3 stages LP compressor
6 stages HP compressor
1 stage HP turbine
1 stage LP turbine
We know that Japanese used 5th gen single crystal turbine blades on their totally indigenous IHI XF9-1. If RR is going to use similar we do not know.
This engine does not seem to have adaptive cycle tech. Yet 6th generation jets should fly very very high at much faster speeds.
Until first prototype flies we won’t know much. Even then they may use an engine that is not meant for the actual tempest plane. (First EF prototype had flown with RB199 tornado engines)
