Similar question was directed at an English pilot who had flown Harriers, F16s and Typhoons. He said since the first lot of pilots to be given training are ex-f16 pilots, he said, they should be proficient in 3 to 4 months.
The real important news is; what is going on with the Qatari and Omani Typhoons that were due to arrive in Turkiye 6 months ago?

If they are being held back because of the Iran war they could stay where they are until Trump leaves office. If there is no sign of them being supplied until peace comes to the Gulf, is there a plan B?

The whole idea of buying Typhoons were to bridge the arrival of Kaan in early 2030s and the lack of 4.5 generation fighters in the TurAF in post 2026-27. With that in mind, quick delivery of second hand jets from Qatar and Oman were arranged.
If these early planes are not delivered due to the Iran war, it could be a blessing in disguise for us and the Kaan project. It would make it even more important and vital to produce as many of those 40 initial Kaan planes as possible.
We also may have to go for the 20 more Typhoons option quickly in addition to the 40 Kaan to have modern jets in the inventory.
That will also make TUSAS get it’s act together and start producing Kaan more quickly and apply Ozgur-2 modernisation to all F16s in inventory in stead of dragging it‘s feet.

Perhaps 20 more Typhoon should be ordered if timely delivery of Qatari/Omani Typhoons cannot be guaranteed. I guess that BAE Systems will be needing to switch their Typhoon FAL over to GCAP assembly around 2033 if it is to be delivered to RAF by 2035. Perhaps GCAP deliveries to RAF are scheduled to be later than the 2035 Japan needs. I don't know but in that case, no great hurry for Turkiye to order more Typhoons early.
Turkiye was unlucky that Israel and the US decided to attack Iran, wasn't it?

Bro they are already fighter pilots and NATO type aircraft pilots , just will change the jet . They will not learn to fly china aircrafts or alien tech jetsIs that enough training,just 8 months?

In civil aviation talk it is called "(aircraft) type training", you are already a pilot and you are learning to pilot a different aircraft. You get "type rated" for that aircraft once you successfully complete the training.

I am certain that the training of pilots is scheduled according to delivery. Otherwise it would be dumb to have our pilots trained when there are no EF jets.
Unless TuAF is planning to have our pilots pilot EF while they're still in Qatars airforce and Omans airforce.

Oman’s Typhoons don’t have the ECRS-MK0 radars. They need to be upgraded. So if we are buying those, they should really be making their way to the UK.

Turkish Eurofighter pilots who have completed their terminology training are scheduled to begin flight training (OCU) on September 7. Some of them will become instructor pilots after three months of additional training in UK and will train new Eurofighter pilots in Turkiye
Next training will be Advanced Tactics and Combat Readiness (CR), and this phase will also last an average of 6 months.
Turkish pilots who complete the those training will be fully qualified to fly combat-ready Eurofighters, and the process for the first batch will be completed around November 2027–February 2028.
It is announced that the Eurofighters ordered from the UK will begin to be delivered in 2030, and since the pilots who will be ready to fly by 2027-2028 will not have to wait another three years for brand-new EFs, the 24 second hand EFs coming from Qatar and the 12 EFs coming from Oman (?) will most likely be in the hands of the Turkish Air Force until the end of the 2027 and beginning of the 2028.
