I changed my mind. Hürjet will be a great stand in and a stopgap on the way to Kaan.

Integration to Kaan starting in 2032 means Kaan won't be delivered with TF35000 in 2032.

Mainly Gezgin cruise missile. Both Atmaca and the longer land attack variant Kara Atmaca should be fine on regular tactical length VLS; they come at 5 and 6 meters. But that's just my guess, we haven't yet seen the vertical launched Atmaca, maybe it will have a longer booster.

Indonesia Navy Indonesian Navy, Tentara Nasional Indonesia-Angkatan Laut (TNI-AL)

Yes. Design change during class construction. There was no MIDLAS when Istif design was finalized and then updated about 7-8 years ago. It was supposed to be Mk41. It was first updated to MIDLAS and then updated to a larger height MIDLAS we unofficially dub the strike length because of Gezgin...

He just used the image from the 10th ship(which is Istif 6, Milgem numbers also count Ada class ships) ceremony. All Istif class ships excluding the first ship Istanbul have the strike length MIDLAS. This is 516, second ship.

Should be pretty similar to FMP, which is pretty similar to Istif baseline with some European stuff added in.

We do. Deal being signed with TAIS and not SSB or MSB makes me think that it's a construction and sale from TAIS trio to Indonesia. But, there is still the possibility.

We don't know that. That model shown is from TAIS booth. Per news, they signed the deal with TAIS and SSB. Ships being built belongs to MSB the defence ministry, not SSB.

2 Istif class frigates will be delivered to Indonesia. Not clear if these will be from our line or built separately in Indonesia or Turkey. Loadout looks to be the same as ours.

To me it was, I had no idea this was coming. Presented image is the same as Turkish loadout. With Cenk-300, Hisar and Atmaca, should have pretty nice commonality with FMP.

TR Air-Force TF-X KAAN Fighter Jet

I think it's still to early to talk about anything. Let's at least see the text of what was signed. It was dubbed a "purchase contract", which is interesting. One point. In last month's MOU, it was mentioned that all 48 aircraft would be delivered within 120 months of contract signing. Does...

Didn't we argue 2 weeks ago how safety is not that paramount re ejection seats if we can get more aircraft in the air cheaper?

That's one of the reasons we have two. APU wasn't the reason for GTU being delayed.

We simply don't know. But they don't look like simple money grabs either as some are supported by test footage.
