I think the tax evasion is one of the reasons why Simsek is pushing for more card payments, especially the higher the amount. During my last vacation I have received receipts and could use the card terminal everywhere.

Dont know about oil, but gas export deals will increase automatically. Not because of our own sources but remember that at least two countries have signed deals to buy LNG through Turkish terminals.
