The Turkish figure is obviously not correct. Turkey's spending is much higher in reality. It really depends on definition and methodology of calculation.

Don't be so sure about that. AKP has survived many suicide attempts during the last two decades. On top of that, anything that brings us closer to extract the gas from the Black Sea area is welcome in my book.
