I mean, even if the F35 was bad, we could have (if the S400 issue didnt exist) bough a squadron or two, cut our orders and still part of the program. We could have gained experience and much needed export contracts for all the parts that were made in Turkey. Oh and of course the billions of €.
No defense equipment is sold without government approval anyway. If you want to be a player in this market then you need to sell, you can of course sell dumbed down export versions or the already outdated ones if you already have the next generation ready.
Philippines got 6 with the US engines worth of the total contract was 300m Dollar. This one is double its size, but is it still low enough that the congress gets to be bypassed?
Amnesty for the criminals is the best you can get in such civil war scenarios. It happened for the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia and in Algeria too after the civil war.
If we could get the approval for the Philippines for T129 because it had a low contract value and could be passed without congress approval. Why not with Morocco? Whats the limit for congress to decide?
6 for the Philippines were approved. Trick the Yanks and sell them in multiple packages and...
You can be against refugees but resorting to wilde speculation and rumours to discredit one student, thats a new low. And thats from you who said earlier that one user should be banned because he spreads BS.

Germany has a complicated relationship with Russia. Russia will never cut the flow of gas to Germany, they might do for other countries and did, but Germany is not at risk. North Stream 2 was bad for Europe or Eastern Europe, but serves German interests.
Germany can hurt Russia more...
What if in a couple of years tides change and France is ruled by social democrats or any other party that is less export friendly when it comes to weapons and oppose selling to conflict zones. Better get them while you can. You never know in politics.
Hypothetical scenario of course, I don't...

Janes understands that the Albatros-S is also unarmed in its current state of development, and there are no plans by Aselsan to incorporate armaments.
