Now I remember what I missed about Trump's first administration.

Bridge burning.

Turks were a land based Power.

The Seljuks set up the first Turkish navy even gave the Byzantines defeats.

For a land based power this is pretty impressive. French, English/British, Spanish, the Dutch and the Portuguese all had impressive navies no doubt they were ahead due to their ships being Ocean going.

Celal Sengor is like the Ottoman navy lost to Portugal. Portugal's navy even rivalled the Spanish and their Empire spanned from Brazil to East Timor.

I dont get this Portugal were not some army of tribal spears they were on par with the Ottomans, Spanish and the Dutch.
