[Armament]

Göker uses a single MKE GDF-003(single version of Korkut basically), so fire rate should be similar to that, 550-600 RPM. Unsure if Korhan comes with MKE's 35mm revolver gun or not so can't comment.


Takes less space, but I fear even with ATOM its fire rate is too slow for quick bursts. Makes sense for C-RAM fire against free dropping mortars or slow moving drones as well as base defence in Göker, but this system would also be tasked with VSHORAD duties against fast moving PGMs like cruise missiles and turbojet drones.

1,000 RPM would be amazing. It would have the same fire rate as the Skyranger 35

Looks like a self driving car now. Wouldn't the turret create a huge black spot for targets behind the vehicle though, especially considering FPVs. FCR is retractable, but don't know same applies to that VSHORAD launcher. Could it be carried by trains in this config?

Radar and Sungur placement looks really peculiar to me and it looks like you can't lower turret completely while it is facing forward, that looks like a hinderance.

I think there is an important detail in the picture. They must have been deliberately written "NATO system Integration".
So what is that supposed to mean?

I remember the discussion many years ago about the possibility of integration S-400 system into a Western ADS. It is possible but not recommended. Not because of possible NATO resistance, but untrustworthy Russian system.

I doubt there is a big mystery there. Someone was told to make the graphic with all of our anti-air systems probably and ended up putting S400 as well, even though it wasn't meant to be there.

Or maybe Aselsan put it in the pic but then army warned them about it's classification, so they removed it. Most people are unaware of the S-400's presence in the first released pic so it may have some logic.

I'm not talking about hiding this info from other countries intelligence agencies but from media. If it really is integrated, other countries would already know that. But the situation maybe is Turkiye integrated S-400 safely to NATO network and it is safe now to get F-35's but Turkiye will act like it's not integrated and keeped in hangars so the US will keep it's pride while Turkiye using both S-400 and F-35. Win-win.

And I think the last footage we saw Turkish S-400's moving was not for Syria. I think it was for it's standart positioning because it is integrated to the network for the first time and is ready to use at full capacity.

All I said is a theory after all, probably we'll never know in years.

Ik but laws are changeable, ignorable, bypassible etc. I'm sure they can find a way. There's nothing to do with the S-400 if we have full capability on it now. It won't create any problem for critical security data. (I really understand what you're trying to say I'm just braining about theories about world's future projection.)
