Actually it is using KALKAN 50-G, from what I learned at
4x50:200😝 joke aside the new Korkut 2xx might have AURA 200 like Korkut 25.

Looks like we get a cost-effectice missile against drones from MKE. So MKE Tolga will also have a laser weapon and missiles. Roketsan teased one cost-effective missile against drones too.

Ages ago Roketsan showcased a Mete turret on a small Havelsan UGV, it had 10 cells I think. That is what we need against kamikaze drones, we don't even need full range of Mete, if Roketsan can make it effective at maximum 500 meters, that is more than enough.

Meet the new guardian of the skies, Türkiye’s "Drone Hunter": TUNGA-X Interceptor UAV!

We are redefining defense against asymmetric threats.

Designed to neutralize hostile drones mid-air, the TUNGA-X Interceptor UAV is ready for duty, clearing the airspace with its high-speed performance (up to 300 km/h), full autonomy, and cost-effective architecture.

An additional serial production contract for air defense systems has been signed between ASELSAN, ROKETSAN, and the Presidency of Defense Industries.
The contract has been signed for the interim solution project I mentioned earlier regarding ballistic missiles, which I said would come in the future.

SSB Haluk Görgün:

"SİPER-A Project, which we are developing in the field of low-tier ballistic missile defense, also constitutes a strategic threshold in terms of our air and missile defense architecture.

This system, thanks to its AESA-based RF seeker head, precise target detection and tracking capability, and rapid reaction capability, will be one of the critical elements of our Steel Dome vision in ballistic missile defense."

Upgrading existing systems to ballistic capability is a shortcut that can save time and provide earlier ballistic coverage, thankfully.
